This is issue 127 of "Le Chat Noir," the newspaper published every Saturday at the Parisian cabaret "Cha Noir." The publication date was June 14, 1884, and the publisher was Rodolphe Salie, owner of the Chat Noir. This newspaper was probably released folded in half, and almost all newspapers can be folded in half like the photo.
