This is an illustration (front and back) from Arthur Conan Doyle's A Scandal in Bohemia, which appeared in the July 1891 issue of The Strand Magazine. The illustrations are by Sidney Paget, known as the illustrator of Sherlock Holmes.
While pursuing the suspect disguised as a groom, Holmes happens to be a witness at Irene Adler's wedding. The illustration depicts this scene, and on the back is an illustration of Holmes disguised as a friendly and affable clergyman for another performance.
